Origin:
100% Barbera grapes grown in the “Valletta”, vineyard of the Rivetti family farm in the Rivetti area of the Municipality of Neive. Calcareous clay soils with south-westerly exposure.
Yield:
60 - 65 hl/hectare.
Vinification:
Fermentation and maceration at 26/28°C in stainless steel tanks for 8/10 days.
Maturing:
short period in steel and 3 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic Examination.
Serving Temperature: 18/20° C.
Colour: deep ruby red.
Perfume: intense, vinous with a pervasive aroma of ripe fruit.
Flavour: fresh and pervasive.
Serving Suggestions: serve by the glass, ideal as an aperitif, with hors d’oeuvres and rice and pasta dishes.
