100% Arneis grapes, grown in south-easterly exposed vineyards of the farm in the Rivetti area of the Municipality of Neive.
Yield:
60 -70 hl/hectare.
Vinification:
Fermentation at 16°C in stainless steel tanks for 30 days.
Maturing:
in the bottle for 3 months.

Serving Temperature: 8/10° C.
Colour: bright straw yellow.
Perfume: intense with evident floral and fruity notes.
Flavour: very clean, harmonious and fruity.
Serving Suggestions: excellent with fish dishes and risottos, also ideal as an aperitif.
